Restaurant Pro will do our best to ship all orders within 24 hours from time of purchase. We ship most of our orders via Fed-Ex Freight Economy, with UPS used as an alternate source. All items will ship freight carrier unless otherwise specified. You may expect delays when:
• Commodities are shipped direct from the manufacturer
• Commodities are on back order from the manufacturer
Restaurant Pro currently ships only to the contiguous (48) states, excluding Hawaii and Alaska.
At Restaurant Pro we continue to negotiate freight costs with our vendors to offer competitive rates on shipping. Please note that our freight estimation is tied directly to our vendors and will fluctuate according to current fuel surcharges. We do not ship items to P.O. Boxes.
We will do our best to ship all items at the same time in the most effective packaging possible. All orders will ship from manufacturer distribution centers throughout the (48) contiguous states. If any item in your order is out of stock you will receive a notice from us. All products are considered a drop shipment directly from the manufacturer and or manufacturers distribution centers, this may cause shipping delays based on the manufacturers policy.

Additional charges may apply if commodities are being shipped to a residential address. Customer is responsible for unloading product from the tail end of the trailer if lift-gate delivery was not specified. Please contact Restaurant Pro if you need other shipping arrangements.
Restaurant Pro has no control over shipping dates and times of orders that are drop-shipped directly from the manufacturer.
